Country Girl Applique
Special Note: These patterns are a couple of my oldest - originally on my previous site. I used them on various items. So fun for toy bags and pillows. Enjoy! Christina Sherrod, designer

Country Girl: Applique Directions
Apply fusible web (also called iron-on adhesive) to the back of fabrics (hat, hair, face, dress, patch, shoes.
Cut out the pieces from the fabric. Remove paper backing from the fusible web.
Place the pieces onto your tote, pillow, etc. in the order listed below. Do NOT press with iron at this time.
Put the pieces down in this order: hat, shoes, dress, face, hair, patch on dress.
Press with iron only when you are happy with placement. Follow the directions on your fusible web.
I used fabric paint to outline the edges of my fabric pieces, and I painted the face and details on hair, patch, and shoes.
